Spokane has seen a huge increase in money spent restoring and rehabilitating historic buildings across the city; 2015 was a record setting year with almost $40 million spent.  This investment in the historic fabric of our city and downtown especially has spurred economic growth as well as dramatically improving the streetscape.  In order to better assess the impact of Special Valuation and other incentives, we’d appreciate you taking a few moments of your time to answer the following questions.
