The City of Spokane would like to thank all the individuals, businesses and organizations whose assistance was invaluable in creating the East Central Neighborhood Heritage Tour website. Their efforts will ensure these cherished places are remembered and preserved. Citizens and visitors alike will be able to explore and experience times past by visiting these unique places and buildings from Spokane’s early days.
